Code of Ordinance

The Town provides access to the Code of Ordinance of the Town of Erwin as maintained by Municode, a private online service under contract with the Town of Erwin and is not intended to serve as the official Town Code for the Town of Erwin. The information contained at this site is updated on an annual basis and thus does not include recent amendments to the Town Code. Current information is available from records in the Town Clerk’s office located at 100 West F. Street in the official minutes of the Town of Erwin Board of Commissioners.
