The Town of Erwin requires that all businesses operating inside the Town limits maintain a current Privilege License for Beer and Wine only effective as of July 1, 2015. This license is issued on a fiscal year basis and is good from July 1st until June 30th. Applications for the Privilege License can be obtained at Town Hall or downloaded at the link below. Completed applications should be turned in and the license fees paid at Town Hall. Renewal reminders of the license are mailed out annually and due by July 31st of each year.
